Delete your IllumiTrain account

You can delete your account directly inside the app. This page exists as a public help reference for account deletion support and store compliance.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open IllumiTrain and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Profile.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
  6. Re-authenticate when prompted so IllumiTrain can complete the deletion securely.

What gets deleted

  • Your IllumiTrain account profile and authentication record.
  • Synced study progress, streaks, settings, and certification state.
  • Notification token and reminder preferences tied to the account.
  • Behavioral learning events, analytics data, and sync diagnostics linked to the account.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated operational reporting that no longer identifies you personally.

What does not get canceled automatically

Deleting your IllumiTrain account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you must manage or cancel that subscription separately in your store account settings.
